Christian greetings in the precious Name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
An especial welcome to the many Roman Catholic people who seem to have subscribed in recent months. I realize what we teach is very contrary to Roman beliefs but Roman beliefs are contrary to Bible teaching.
We should never seek to justify what we believe or what our church teaches but identify what God's unchanging Word teaches and faith, if it is faith, will be consistent from Genesis to Revelation. For instance, there won't be One God in Genesis and three of them at the Back of the Book. Faith is a clear understanding of the mind of Christ and will align with God's Word regardless what some church, minister, priest or church says It means.
God is His Own interpreter and knows precisely what He means. He interprets His Word by bringing It to pass, or by sending a vindicated prophet. He has sent and vindicated a prophet is our day and His Word is coming to pass in His Bride.

Lightning Strikes New FBI Director
WASHINGTON, July 30, 2001 -- The FBI's soon-to-be Director Robert S. Mueller III had a surprise today on the way to his Senate confirmation hearing when he met the Curator of the Waco Holocaust Electronic Museum, Carol A. Valentine.

Curious About Right to Trial by Jury?
Dentist John Wilson reports: In Australia Judges have trampled the People's Right to Trial by Jury in order to conceal Bank Fraud and Judicial Corruption. The Transcript and Judgments prove that Judges have dispensed with all the Laws guaranteeing this Right. In the Transcript, the words which are underlined were missing from the Attorney General's Department's Reporting Services and only a series of dots appeared . . . Omissions from other transcripts have already shown the Attorney General's Department cannot be trusted to give a full and accurate record of proceedings. Areas where the transcript errs are, in my case at least, those where important information is put forward.
This should dispel doubts which some might have had about Thomas Jefferson's comment: "The germ of destruction of our nation is in the power of the judiciary, an irresponsible body -- working like gravity by night and by day, gaining a little today and a little tomorrow, and advancing its noiseless step like a thief over the field of jurisdiction, until all shall render powerless the checks of one branch over the other and will become as venal and oppressive as the government from which we are separated".
These "checks of one branch over the other" have all-but disappeared. That is, all-but the JURY which is (again, to quote Thomas Jefferson) "The only anchor yet imagined by man which can hold a government to the principles of its constitution." Welcome to the Brave New World
LONDON (Times) JULY 27, 2001-- Police on the beat in London will openly wear flak jackets amid fears that increasing gun crime could lead to the death of an officer. They are also being issued with pistols that fire a paralysing dart.
The change was announced by Sir John yesterday as Home Office figures for England and Wales revealed that police operations in which firearms were discharged rose from five in 1998-1999 to seven in 1999-2000. There were three fatalities.
Greenhoax and Earthquakes in Diverse Places
LEGAZPI, PHILIPPINES, July 27, 2001 -- The eruption of the Mayon volcano, which spewed towering ash columns and rocks 'as big as cars' yesterday, could last up to two weeks, experts said. The eruption, which came without warning, forced more than 40,000 villagers to flee their homes . . . residents of the capital Legazpi, 20 kilometers from Mayon's crater, rushed out of their homes in panic as ash showers -- known as 'black rain' -- fell on the city of 130,000 people. . .

Jakarta (AP) July 31,2001 -- Indonesia is considering modernising its air force by buying advanced Russian fighters . . . is struggling to overcome a deep economic crisis and is hoping the International Monetary Fund will resume a lending program that was shelved over a dispute about economic reform.
Su-30 Flankers cost about $US35million each, defence analysts say. In Asia, China, India and Vietnam operate the high-performance jets, and Malaysia is considering buying a squadron.
Jakarta recently bought thousands of Russian-made Kalashnikov assault rifles for its paramilitary police. . . The Russian aircraft's range and its ability to carry eight tonnes of bombs could cause concern to nearby nations such as Australia. (Comment: who train and help finance their military -- Genesis 3:15; Revelation 16:12).
Israel's Assassins Ignore World Backlash
JERUSALEM (SMH) August 1, 2001 -- Israel determined to continue assassinating Palestinian militant leaders, calling them the "snake heads of terrorism", ignoring international criticism of the strategy and the danger of revenge attacks.
The policy has been strongly criticised by the United States, Britain and Russia. A US State Department spokesman said such killings were "reprehensible and could not be justified". (Comment: Even Australia's Jew-controlled Press calls them "assassins". And charges filed before Investigating Judge Sophie Huguet in Brussels and confirmed as admissible by the Brussels Public Prosecutor's Office on June 29 rule the suit against Ariel Sharon arising from the 1982 massacres at the Sabra and Shatila refugee camps should proceed). Roman Bishop takes Jewish Rook?
ISRAEL June 28, 2001 -- Col. A.B. Cuppett, ret., a former member of the US Army Joint Staff . . . advised of, "a serious report of plans to allow UN police units to patrol US international airports in the event of an Arab-Israeli war in the Middle East."
These troops will also be placed at nine European airports and will be used to derail an Israeli "call-up of reservists for military duty." Further, the UN will prevent ships carrying reservists from sailing for Israel.
"The UN shall soon declare Zionism to be racism . . . affirm that settlements are a crime against humanity and equate the Jewish people with the likes of Hitler and Stalin . . . When the war breaks out, Moslems will riot in the US, and Jews, trying to go to Israel, for any reason, including bringing funds to aid the besieged state, will be arrested at the airports.

(Comment: The Cardinal's real Christian name, like Israel's first high priest whose office the pope of Rome impersonates, is "Aaron").
The Lord's Tenth
Exodus 32 explains how God separated the Levites unto Himself from among the other twelve Tribes of Israel. The Levites type the elect and Word-born Bride who is not counted among the rest of the believers and the different classes of the "saved".
Moses at the top of the mountain, having received the Ten Commandments engraved by the finger of God, various ordinances and instructions for building the Ark of the Covenant, the Tabernacle, its furniture and the services of true worship, will descend to discover Israel at the foot of the mountain has broken the blood Covenant of less than forty-days and turned to idolatry with the complicity of the very man God has chosen to be high priest. A type of the nominally Christian church impatient for Christ's return substituting a pope and idolatrous worship of a Babylonian Trinity of gods along with the deified dead, merely by changing the names of the deities and departed ancestors long adored by Imperial Rome.
Now that spirit of Balaam is in the circle of this end-time Message trying to substitute not apostolic, but prophetic succession, by proposing one of William Branham's sons as his "successor". Oh, men without the faith and blind to the Presence of Christ with us since 1963, your folly is made manifest like that of Jannes and Jambres.
Like Israel, the nominal church turned from worshiping by revelation -- "things not seen", to adoring man-made objects such as images and relics comprehensible to our five physical senses (as enforced by the Second Nicea Council of AD787).
God said to Moses, "Now let Me alone, that My wrath may blaze out against this stiff-necked people, and that I may consume them; and I will make of you a great nation".
But Moses besought the Lord as a real priest, standing in the breach with compassion for his people, renouncing himself and the great prospect opened to him. Whereas God called Israel Moses' people, Moses points out that they are His people whom He has called out of Egypt, and he reminds God of His honor among the nearby heathens and of His promises to Abraham, Isaac, and Israel. Then God repented because He is the unchangeable in truth and grace.
Moses turned and went down to the people who had so decidedly annulled the Covenant writing he held in his hands and dashed the already broken Covenant to the ground. Then, standing without the camp demanded, "Who is on the Lord's side?" His own tribe, the Levites, joined him without the camp and Moses commanded them to consecrate themselves to offer to the Lord a "cherem" offering of the lives of the Covenant-breakers that the curse may be removed. So Levi drew their swords, and went with Moses into the camp, and destroyed everything that was sin.
Jesus asked, "Do you suppose that I have come to give peace to the earth? I tell you, No; but rather division: For from henceforth families will be split asunder, three in favor of Me and two against, or vice versa. A father will decide one way about Me; his son the other; mother and daughter will disagree, and the decision of an honored mother-in-law against her daughter-in-law." (Luke 12:51-53). "Whosoever does not forsake all that he has cannot be My disciple" (Luke 14:33).
We each walk alone with God. Not alone with our church, alone with our pastor, alone with our husband or wife, or alone with our parent, but alone with God the Word. "Man must live by every Word that comes from the mouth of God" Who is a Separator. We Christians must separate from the world to the Word (Matthew 4:4).
Moses interceded again, for the remainder of the people the following day -- not that the sin of individuals might be expiated since they are "cherem" (Exodus 32:33; Ezekiel 18:4) -- but to secure the pardon and renewal of Israel's calling as a nation. The Spirit of Christ that was in Moses preferred to see his life blotted from the Book of Life with the people rather than without the nation to stand in the Book alone. Again we see the priesthood of Christ which has by its sympathy to bear in its heart the iniquities of the nation reflected in Moses. "Compassion", said Brother Branham, "is to do the will of God".
Numbers 3:12-13, "I have taken the Levites from among the children of Israel instead of all the firstborn that open the matrix: therefore the Levites shall be Mine; because all the firstborn are Mine; for on the day that I smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt I hallowed unto Me all the firstborn in Israel, both man and beast: Mine shall they be: I am the LORD".
Since the Levites were taken instead of the first born they were themselves the first fruits unto the Lord and a type of the true Church (James 1:18). Today when we see sin is in the ascendancy through the church and secular world we stand like Levi with drawn swords rebuking sin wherever it is and without respect of persons.
God said, "Because you stood for Me, your brethren will serve you and you'll minister before Me as priests. You will serve in the Temple while the twelve Tribes engage in secular work and bring a tenth of their increase for your support."
"When they weigh nine bushels of apples, they must give the tenth to you Levites. When they run their sheep through the gate, they must cut out the tenth. Regardless of whether it is small or large, fat or poor, it belongs to the Levites. Now when you Levites receive all of this, you shall bring a tenth of the best of the tithes, as a heave offering unto Me."
Numbers 18:20-21, "And the LORD said to Aaron, You ministers shall have no inheritance in their land, neither shall you have any land among them: I am your satisfying Portion and your inheritance among the children of Israel. And the children of Levi shall receive tithes from the entire land of Israel for the service of the Tabernacle."
Silver and gold have I none, but I have a satisfying Portion. Hallelujah! That's what the Holy Ghost is to the church today. Education, I can't hardly read this Book, but I've got a satisfying Portion. That's good! Doctor's degree? I don't have any, Ph.D's, or LD's, or anything else. But there's one thing I have: a satisfying Portion; that's the part I want. That's the part God wants you to have. Throw the rest of these old things away, all the prestige and everything else, and walk out, and get God's satisfying Portion.
'Cause what you've got of this earth, you'll leave here when you go. But if you've got that satisfying Portion, It'll take you up just as certain. We're always taking out insurance today to give to the undertaker. Let's get God's satisfying Portion and get the Uptaker instead of the undertaker" (William Branham, What is the Holy Ghost, 25:115-117).
Paul instructs us that "He whose descent is not reckoned from Levi received tithes of Abraham himself, and blessed him who possessed the promise of God."
Abraham had the promise, and this Man Melchisedec blessed Abraham who had the promise. The sons of Levi were commanded by the Lord to take a tenth of what their brothers made for their living, because they were the priesthood. And even Abraham who had the promise, the greatest man on earth, met this Man and paid tithes to Him so He had to be greater "for it is beyond contradiction that it is the lesser person who is blessed of the greater. And here in the Levitical priesthood tithes are received by men who are subject to death; while there in the case of Melchisedec they are received by One of whom it is testified He is Eternal."
What would a man take tithings for, if he never was born and never will die but was from beginning to end and never had any father or mother or descent, and owned the whole heavens and earth and all in them, why would He take tithes? Why would he ask Abraham to pay tithes? You see what a strict thing it is to pay tithes? Tithing's right. Every Christian's duty bound to pay tithe. That's right. Never has been changed (William Branham, Hebrews 310:122-123).
The Tabernacle and Temple represent the New Jerusalem that comes down from God out of heaven while the Levites whose place was in the Temple type the Bride of all Ages who minister before the Lord (Daniel 7:10; Revelation 5:10). Aaron types Christ, our High Priest, and the sons of Aaron type the five-fold ministry whilst Israel is God's servant nation.
Numbers 1-2 describes the camping order of the Tribes surrounding Levi and the Tabernacle, four on each side. The twelve Tribes type the hundred and forty-four thousand elect Israelites. Revelation 21:12-20 represents them as the great wall of the City constructed from the birthstones and inscribed with the names of the twelve Tribes like the breastplate of Aaron (Exodus 28:29). They guarded the way to Levi and the Sanctuary of God. And there were four head tribes: Reuben, Ephraim, Dan and Judah whose standards depicted a man, an ox, a flying eagle and a lion as signified by the cherubim that watched over the way to the Tree of Life after the Fall and guarded the throne in the heavenly Temple. The same symbols represent the four Gospels whose faith guards the way to the baptism of the Holy Spirit today as we see confirmed by the first four Seals of Revelation chapter six. Likewise the 144,000 elect Israelites are honored servants closest to the the Life of the King and His Queen.
The wall rested on twelve foundations which bore the names of the twelve apostles. They will judge the non-elect of the twelve Tribes in the general resurrection since they did not receive their Messiah and were not born into the Church. And they will approve the tithe of their increase when the kings of the earth bring their glory and honor into the city (Ephesians 2:20).
So God's tithe was not extinguished with the Old Testament. God's Word is consistent from Genesis to Revelation and on to eternity. It does not fade away but is the eternal substance of things hoped for reflected as a shadow in this earth which will be recognized by anointed eyes as the evidence of things not yet seen. The "saved" will tithe of their increase to Christ and His Bride will throughout eternity.
Within the walls will be God's elect, redeemed from every nation, tribe and tongue of Adam's fallen race who have not robbed God of His tithe (Malachi 3:6-12). "Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His temple: and He that sits on the throne shall dwell among them. They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. For the Lamb Who is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes"
(Revelation 7:15-17).The promise of Abraham is God's Promise to every overcomer. Those who overcome the beast and his mark which is Catholicism, Protestantism, denominationalism and all reasoning against the faith, will have the right to the Tree of Life within the City gates where nothing that defiles can ever enter. Its leaves will be for a memorial of the healing of the nations. When the kings who live within the City bring their honor before the throne of God (as the twelve Tribes brought their tenth to Levi), they'll take a leaf from the Tree of Life and depart together in harmony. There'll be no more war; everything will be at peace. The leaves are a memorial for the healing of the nations as the Lord's Supper is a memorial of the healing of relations between God and Man Spiritually. (And are no more the flesh of Jesus Christ than the elements of the Lord's Supper are His flesh and blood).
It's the same tree Adam might have partaken had he not joined Eve in the Fall. This ordinance will remind men that their youth is endless because they are now one with Christ materially with bodies like His Own glorified body. (William Branham, Future Home, 52:429-432).
Christians are duty bound to tithe ten percent of their profit or increase to their pastor who feeds them Spiritual food in due season. In turn he will tithe of his tithes to support other ministers who feed his soul. This tenth is God's money and is not to be given to the widow down the lane or to some charitable cause.
Our first obligation is to pay tithes to our Provider, Jehovah-Jireh. Next we must meet family responsibilities, pay any lingering debts, then what remains is ours to spend.
The tithe is not church property. Expenses of the local Church are the responsibility of its worshipers and may be met from the free-will offerings of the saints or from special contributions to building, and missionary funds, etc., not out of the Pastor's pocket. It is your assembly and he is your servant, not your benefactor. He should be reimbursed by the church for his telephone, travelling, postage and other expenses incurred in the "business" of your assembly. The tithe is for your pastor to live on and to spend as he pleases. If the tithes are insufficient for his needs he will have to work a secular job as Paul made tents in order to support himself and his family.
Surely one of the most difficult and least understood vocations is that of the pastor because the flock so often preempt him, seldom realizing he is aware and already waiting upon the Lord's wisdom for that situation. He has an ability to bear the burdens of his flock and restore peace and the sweetness of fellowship where there was divisiveness. He is called to live a separated life whereby He can seek the mind of God to feed His people Spiritual Food in due season and is not meant to be a sports champion, businessman, entertainer at social functions, or even to visit the sick. He has deacons to attend to those responsibilities.
The husbandman that labors completely over the Word must be first partaker of the revelation or fruits of his labor before he can feed It to his flock, and is entitled to be supported by his labors (II Timothy 2:6). Your pastor is worth of every bit of honor you could give him. "Let the elders who rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the Word and doctrine, for Scripture says, 'You shall not muzzle the ox that treads out the corn'. And, 'The laborer is worthy of his reward'" (I Timothy 5:17-18). "For if the pastor has sown unto you Spiritual things, is it too much for him to expect to reap your natural things? . . Don't you know that God told the Levites who ministered the holy things that they should live of the things of the Temple . . ? Even so God has ordered that those who preach the Gospel should be supported by those who accept It" (I Corinthians 9:1-14; 16:1-2; Luke 10:7).
Malachi 3:8-12 is a Scripture frequently quoted in support of tithing but also by those who do not believe in tithing, claiming that as this is the Old Testament it does not apply to the Church today. However it needs to be said that there is more Scripture in the Old Testament Scripture that is yet to be fulfilled than there is in the New, and that Malachi 3:2-4:6 is speaking of New Testament times yet future. If we fail to pay tithes and offerings we are robbing God of His portion and ourselves of His blessing.
We know that there's a tithing that man gives to God, and there's a tithing amongst the people. Perhaps maybe we'd say a tenth of all the world's harvest, through the ages will be that elected that's been called. (Images of Christ, 22:156).
We want to ensure we are among God's tenth. Non-tithers will have no part in the rapture or the first resurrection and translation. The rapture has been in process since Christ opened the Seven Seals in 1963 and revealed them through His prophet so it may be later than you think. nl181.htm
