We often forget God is the "I AM", and we concentrate upon the "I WAS" of history, or the "I WILL BE" at some point in the distant future. But if ever we're going to be Christians, we must recognize OUR day and IT'S Message, and see THAT part of the Word manifesting through us.
We can't be born of Luther's Message in this day. That was for an Age gone by. Those who were written epistles of that part of the Word fell asleep hundreds of years ago. And we can't be written epistles of Wesley's Gospel in this day, the saints representing that part of the Body are also made-up. Neither can we manifest the Pentecostal or Laodicean part of the Body, which would also be impersonating, the Word for a day gone by. It's over, finished. We must 'search the Scriptures' to discover what God promised to do in our day and walk in the Light He is in now.
Today we'll hear an excerpt from 'The Trial', a sermon preached in 1964 by William Branham. Brother Branham was the Elijah of Malachi 4:5-6, whose ministry restored the apostolic faith, 'finished the mystery of God', and is now calling-out Christ's Bride to prepare Her for the manifestation of the sons of God, and the translation - Jesus promised this ministry for the generation just before the 'great and dreadful day of the Lord'.
In 'The Trial', He Who IS the Word, is given a just and fair trial, something He didn't receive on earth. We are only as good as our Word - and God IS the Word. So if He fails to keep His Word, He's not God. Mark 16 says 'These signs shall follow them that believe... In My Name, they shall cast out demons, they shall lay hands on the sick and they ahall recover, and Hebrews 13:8 says, He's 'the same yesterday, and today, and forever'.
Brother Branham sets up a court room scene, where the Prosecuting Attorney on behalf of the State, was Satan. The cause for this indictment is 'Breach of Promise', God not keeping His Word.
The Defendant of this Word is God Himself, 'cos He IS the Word.
The Defense Witness in this case is the Holy Ghost; the witnesses for the Prosecution were Mr. Skeptic, Mr. Impatient, and Mr. Unbeliever - spirits which dwell in people. I'm sure you've met them all before.
We, the congregation are Judge and Jury. And in OUR Court this-morning, we're going to give Him a fair trial. We'll bypass most of the proceedings and join the Trial where Brother Branham stands as a witness, and God manifests the PRESENT Truth, the LAST Sign promised before the end of the Gentile Dispensation ... Luke 17:30 - God veiled behind the flesh of a sinner saved by grace, revealing Jesus Christ 'the same yesterday, and today, and forever', healing the sick, raising the dead, and discerning the thoughts and intents of the heart, 'as it was in the days of Lot'.
All these things have happened in our day. It's later than we think.

This world is in a SODOM condition. As God destroyed the cities on the plain, our Gentile civilization, is reserved for destruction, by Fire from heaven. (I've seen FILM of those cities, which are nothing but white ashes in the form of buildings and city walls in an otherwise brown landscape. And I've actually handled a piece of the brimstone which destroyed them).
The Good News is that God never sends judgment without first warning His people, and providing a way, for them to escape. He warned the early Church of the destruction of Jerusalem and He has warned us in this day to flee the city - 'Come out of Babylon'!
Very soon, God is going to take His Church Home. We're very much a minority, but we're getting out of here, before the Tribulation. One day the worldly church will say, 'I thought there was going to be a rapture' ... It's already happened, and you knew it not.
God sent three Messengers in the days of Lot. Two went into Sodom, but One was God, veiled behind the flesh of a created Man. He stayed with His elect, Abraham and Sarah, separated from Sodom. He proved He was the Word by discerning the thoughts and intents of their hearts.
The same Sign identified God in Jesus. (Remember the little woman at the well... bring Me your husband? And Peter ... your name is Simon, and your father's name is Jonas)? Jesus said this would repeat just before the destruction of the world. God is no repector of persons - as He revealed Himself to Israel at the end of their Dispensation, He HAS revealed Himself to us.
We have just witnessed the same Sign which identified Messiah, and the last Sign He promised the Gentiles before the destruction. It is later than we think. We must apprehend the present Truth.

We're all going somewhere. Will it be the Eden of God? or Satan's Eden of scientific achievement? That somewhere will be determined by our character.
"You'd better come before it's too late," said the Lord, "and buy of Me, gold, tried in the fire. Then you'll be truly rich."
Are we getting it?
Listen to me, "Naked (physically) we came into the world, but naked (spiritually) we will not leave it." Oh no, we are going to take something with us. What that something is, is all we can take with us, nothing less and nothing more. So we'd better be real careful to ensure we take something that will make us right before God.
So, then, what WILL we take with us? We'll take our character, that's what we'll take with us. Now what kind of character will you take with you?
Will it be like HIS Whose character was molded by suffering in the fiery furnace of affliction, or will it be the softness of this character-less Laodicean people? It's up to each one of us, for in that day, every man will bear his own burden.
Can you see it? A Christ-like character!

We don't have time to discuss any of the subjects in detail, but some interesting person was suggesting Jesus lived in India. This is impossible. Under the Old Covenant, God was only dealing with an election from and within Israel. This correspondent pointed to similarities between the virgin births claimed for both Krishna and Christ, not realizing that every ancient nation holds the same beliefs because Scripture is written in the stars. God's first Bible was the stars. The prophecies there portrayed were just misinterpreted, as the different mythologies developed further away from the truth.
The coming NWO is always an active topic. There has been some discussion recently of the writings of Malachi Martin, a former Jesuit and professor at the Vatican's Pontifical Biblical Institute, and I suppose he could be described as an important element in Pope John Paul II's information machine. For your edification, I recommend you read 'The Keys of This Blood'.
Martin's well-informed writings focus upon the geopolitics of the Millennium endgame. He describes the contest between Communists, International Jews, and the Roman Catholic church, for control of the NWO. As a Catholic, he views this power-play from the natural perspective. Bible students know Rome will rule this NWO. But it won't come in until after the end of the Gentile dispensation.
It is later than you think. Christians seek no visible continuing city on earth, but a City whose builder and maker is God. We know there can be no peace until the Millennium, after the destruction of all life on earth.
God is only making epistles of the present Truth. We must recognize our day and its Message, because as Christians we can only manifest the Word He is fulfilling now.
When we can see the present Truth coming to pass in our lives, we have found our position in the Body of Christ. We know we are born again and sealed to the day of our redemption. radio001.html
