Camps for Citizens: Ashcroft's Hellish Vision
Los Angeles August 14, 2002 --Atty. Gen. John Ashcroft's announced desire for camps for US citizens he deems to be "enemy combatants" has moved him from merely being a political embarrassment to being a constitutional menace.
Ashcroft's plan, disclosed last week but little publicized, would allow him to order the indefinite incarceration of US citizens and summarily strip them of their constitutional rights and access to the courts by declaring them enemy combatants.

Feds Withhold Crucial WTC Evidence
August 8, 2002 -- The US Deptartment of Justice has ordered secrecy measures to keep the contents of a "lost tape" of firefighters' voices at the World Trade Center from being made public. The reason for the secrecy surrounding the 78-minute audiotape is because it evidently debunks the accepted explanation that intense jet fuel fires melted the towers' steel beams and caused the collapses.
The New York Times recently revealed the existence of the tape of radio transmissions between firefighters of the New York Fire Department (NYFD), which proves that "at least two men" had reached the 78th floor Sky Lobby of the South Tower. The firefighters had reported the fires and casualties they encountered and begun evacuating the survivors. Full story: rense.com
San Francisco Judges Cut Ties to Scouts over Gays
August 7, 2002 -- San Francisco's judges have become the first in the United States to cut ties with the Boy Scouts of America because of the organization's refusal to admit homosexuals. . . . judges could be prohibited from being members of any church or synagogue that teaches against homosexuality and other nontraditional sexual lifestyles. US HAARP Weapon Development Concerns Duma
Moscow (Interfax) August 10, 2002 --- The Russian State Duma has expressed concern about the USA's program to develop a qualitatively new type of weapon.
"Under the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Programme (HAARP), the USA is creating new integral geophysical weapons that may influence the near-Earth medium with high-frequency radio waves," the State Duma said in an appeal circulated on Thursday [8 August]. . .
The USA plans to carry out large-scale scientific experiments under the HAARP program, and not controlled by the global community, will create weapons capable of breaking radio communication lines and equipment installed on spaceships and rockets, provoke serious accidents in electricity networks and in oil and gas pipelines and have a negative impact on the mental health of people populating entire regions. If Attacked, Israel Might Nuke Iraq
August 15, 2002 -- The possibility of Israel using nuclear weapons against Iraq appears in a document submitted by military expert Dr Anthony Cordesman, a fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
Presumably, the document is based, in part, on official administration assessments. . . an American assault on Iraq against Arab and world opposition, and an Israeli involvement, even if only symbolic, leads to the collapse of the Hashemite regime in Jordan. Israel then executes the old "Jordanian option" -- expelling hundreds of thousands of Palestinians across the Jordan River. . . There has never been a better opportunity for that option. The Reproach of Barrenness
As king of his people, David danced in ecstasy when he brought the Ark of the Covenant into Jerusalem, for it signified the presence of the Lord. And having blessed them, went home to invoke the same blessings upon his house and place it under the protection and blessing of the Lord (II Samuel 6:12-23).
His wife, Michal, held herself aloof from the procession, and criticized his conduct with a cold heart which shared no part in his and the people's joyous inspiration. In contrast to his humility in exchanging his royal robes proper to such an occasion, for the light, short sacerodotal dress, and mingling with the common people, and on their level, she proudly despised his behavior as degrading to his royal dignity. She greeted his joyful return to bless his own house with scolding and sacrastic ridicule in an outburst of wicked feeling: "How glorious the king of Israel looked today, who stripped himself of his kingly robes -- and exposed himself in the streets to the maids of his servants as one of the worthless fellows shamelessly uncovers himself!"
In answer to Michal's cutting irony, David's reply mortified her pride as a king's daughter, asserting his actions were to the glory of God and must not therefore be condemned as base and low, but recognized as holy and well-pleasing to God. And that he had received his kingdom and his position as king of Israel through the Lord's choice and command in preference to her father and all of his house, and had therefore acted in accordance with his royal dignity. "I will yet be more lightly esteemed by you than this -- I will be humble and lower myself in my own estimation (and yours): but by the maidservants you have mentioned, I will be held in honour. Therefore Michal the daughter of Saul had no child unto the day of her death". Put away, she bore the reproach of barrenness.
David was a type of Christ (Isaiah 53:3; Hebrews 2:5-7). And having before wished to become a righteous king, faithful to the true God, now in the 'city of God' (Psalm 87:3) he was much more joyfully and decidedly resolved to become one.
The relocation of the Ark to Zion was the beginning of the reformation and reorganization of the divine service, raised by David from the disintegration and lawlessness into which it had fallen under Saul, to an artistically beautiful form. He ordered the priests and Levites, dividing them into twenty-four courses for weekly service. And employing his own musical endowments was intimately connected with the organization of the sacred music and the composition of psalms. So much could be spoken of David, but in our study today we will be consider the blessing of childbearing in contrast with the reproach of barrenness.
David never again knew Michal, whose consequent childlessness is especially mentioned as a punishment for her pride. When Israel were ashamed of Jesus and rejected Him, He cursed the fig tree, that it bring forth no fruit until the 144,000 say, "Blessed is He that comes in the Name of the Lord" (Matthew 21:19; 23:39). The reproach of barrenness was the deepest humiliation for an oriental woman: proud Israel has been barren from that day to this.
Jesus foretold the days in which the highest blessing of marriage -- that of bringing new life into the world -- should come to be regarded as a curse; and a sudden, albeit terrible form of death, more greatly to be desired. After Simon of Cyrene took the Cross, Jesus said to the women weeping compassionately, "Daughters of Jerusalem, weep not for Me, but weep for yourselves, and for your children. For the days are coming when they shall say, Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bare, and the breasts that have never nursed. (Because the curse Israel invoked upon themselves at the imprecation of the high priest will come upon your children -- Matthew 27:25). Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us. For if they destroy a fruitful green tree (Messiah), what shall be done in the unfruitful dry wood" of apostate Judea? The fate of the innocent Savior was a prophecy of judgment against guilty Israel (Ezekiel 20:47; Luke 23:28-31).
This terrible curse descended in AD70 upon the children of the generation that had rejected Messiah when the legions of Titus besieged and overran Jerusalem. It has continued to this day under the Seven Trumpet judgments, and it will climax in the great Tribulation under the terrible Sixth Seal in the next few years on the children and the generation that has rejected Christ in this day (Exodus 20:5; Daniel 9:27; Matthew 24:15-22; Luke 23:28-31; Revelation 6:16).
God's first command to mankind is, "multiply and fill the earth:" it is a reproach for a woman to be barren. So when Queen Vashti refused king Ahasuerus (Xerxes), he put her away and she bore the reproach of barrenness (Esther 1:10-22).
Children are God's blessing. He "gives children to the barren wife so that she becomes a homemaker and a joyful mother of children" (Psalm 113:9).
"Children are a heritage of the Lord. The fruit of the womb is His reward. As arrows in the hand of a mighty man are the children of one's youth. Happy is the man that has his quiver full of them: they shall not be put to shame when confronting their adversaries in judgment at the city gate" (Psalm 127:3-5; Deuteronomy 28:4).
Jacob introduced his family to Esau by saying, "These are the children God has graciously given me" (Genesis 33:5). Reunited with his favorite son Joseph and seeing his grandsons for the first time, he said, "Bring them to me, and I will bless them" (Genesis 48:9). "An old man's grandchildren are his crowning glory; and the glory of a child is his father" (Proverbs 17:6).
In the beginning, God brought forth all living things in abundance, with the seed of life within themselves so that along with vegetation they could reproduce life after their own kind, and He blessed them. God is Life, and "the gift of God is eternal Life through Jesus Christ our Lord," Who said, "I am come that you might have eternal Life, and that you might have it more abundantly" (John 10:10). If the same Holy Spirit that raised Christ from the dead lives in us, It will reproduce His Life in us (John 15:7).
God's antithesis always works under a different name and in a different occupation. But when Christ opened the Fourth Seal, his cover was blown: Satan was exposed for what he is. "I saw a pale horse, and its rider's name was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given to them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth".
Man is ordained to live by faith which is a clear understanding of God's unchanging Word, and Life. Satan is the sum of wisdom and beauty, those qualities that contact the senses of our mortal spirit and flesh, which can not be quickened by the Holy Spirit for they have no faculty for apprehending faith (John 6:63). So those who are led by Satan are carnal and bound to death since their flesh and mortal spirit are of the earth and cursed with it, whereas those who are led by the Spirit are feeding the soul which does not die with Life eternal (Isaiah 40:6-8; Romans 8:6-10).
Genesis 3:17-19 and I Corinthians 15:42-50 clearly explain that our first birth gives us a natural body sown in corruption and formed and sustained from the elements of a cursed earth, and our mortal spirit although given by God is not of God. This is why we grow old and die. As Psalm 51:5-6 explains, God is not working on the earthy man we pamper, pet and even paint: He desires that we understand Truth, His Word, in our inner man by faith (John 17:17). Once that soul is born-again, the inside pulls the outside into subjection to the Word.
In the end-time, Satan is bringing forth death through his wisdom and his beauty. But larger, more beautiful crops of genetically engineered and hybrid grain, fatter cattle, and faster maturing chickens fed on hormones is not the multiplication of God's Word and life that He commanded in the beginning, it is Satan's wisdom and death.
Satan's wisdom against the faith, and even common sense, is often absurdly unscientific like the myth of global warming, said to be caused by heavier-than-air 'greenhouse gases' that miraculously rise in the Northern Hemisphere and somehow travel to the South Pole where, 24 kilometers above the earth, this heavier-than-air gas destroys the ozone layer! No wonder Brother Branham said the world is going insane. Only a generation of idiots (or corrupt scientists willing to lie in order to receive recognition and research funding) would countenance such twaddle. Or the quack theory that monsoon rain falling in Queensland, seeps into the earth and annually replenishes the Great Artesian Basin beneath Western Australia's deserts four to five thousand miles away. In fact these waters were deposited during earth's formation and are one section of the "fountains of the great deep" that did not break up and release their waters at the time of Noah's Flood (Genesis 7:11).
Faith in God's Word leads to Life whereas harkening to Satan's wisdom against the Word is sin and death. One of our subscribers asked, "Can you please show me by the Word, God's thoughts on family planning: whether for, or against. I have heard so many ideas on this without Scriptural references".
God commanded us, "Be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it." The woman is commissioned to bring forth life, even "in sorrow." But she is capable of conceiving only for a few days in her monthly cycle (Genesis 1:28; 3:16), has only so many ovum or eggs and is fertile for only thirty to thirty-five years. Her ovaries normally release only one egg each month, and that egg lives for only about twelve hours. Therefore, for fertilization to take place, intercourse must occur at about the time of ovulation so the husband and his wife may regulate their multiplication or "family planning" by practicing self-discipline, and uphold the dignity of life by abstention (as during the woman's monthly uncleanness, and the time of her uncleanness following childbirth). Pharmaceutical birth control is clearly an unnecessary money-making racket, especially if "you got rhythm!" The Roman church is correct in stating that the use of artificial means of birth control separates conjugal love and the procreation of children, but it is also an affront to life.
Scripturally, fruitfulness in marriage is considered a blessing to a woman and her husband, whereas barrenness is regarded as a reproach under ideal circumstances (as indicated by Genesis 11:30; 25:21; 29:31; Deuteronomy 7:14; Judges 13:2-3; Ruth 4:10-12; I Samuel 2:1-5 and Isaiah 54:1-6).
Fruitfulness is necessary as we are to "subdue the earth," and particularly so as we are to fill it with "a godly seed" who are the called according to the Word for their hour, and so fulfill the mystery of His sovereign will purposed in Himself (Romans 8:28-30; Ephesians 1:3-14).
The Bible is the story of God unfolding Himself or changing His form from the eternal Spirit alone with His thoughts -- through faith in the spoken Word, into the flesh of His glorified Family. As His people we should desire to see the increase of His Family. We do our part by speaking the Word to beget children unto God by faith in Christ. As the natural types the Spiritual, we do so also through natural procreation within the bond of holy matrimony with the privilege and responsibility of raising our offspring in the love and admonition of God (Proverbs 22:6; 29:15).
We are to live sanctified, disciplined lives of self-restraint.
Leviticus 18:18-19, 24-30, "You must not marry two sisters; in having sexual relations with the second sister while the first one is alive, they will be rivals. You shall not have intercourse with a woman who is menstruating. . . Do not defile yourself in any of these ways: for in all these the nations are defiled which I am casting out before you. That whole country is defiled with this kind of activity which is why I am visiting their iniquity, and the land itself vomits out her inhabitants. You shall strictly obey all My statutes and My judgments, and shall not commit any of these abominations; neither any from your own nation, nor any stranger who sojourns among you: (for all these abominations have been done continually by the people of the land where I am taking you, and the land is defiled). Do none of these things lest the land spue you out also when you defile it, as it spued out the nations that preceded you. Whoever commits any of these abominations them shall I cut off from among their people. Therefore keep My ordinance, that you commit none of these abominable customs which were practiced before you, and defile yourselves thereby: I am the Lord your God". (Leviticus 20:18 and Ezekiel 18:6; 22:10 treat these sins knowingly committed; 15:19-31 treat these abominations unknowingly committed).
Menstruation was defined as an uncleanness for seven days (although the actual duration is not more than four or five days). About thirteen to fourteen days after her menstrual bleeding stops the woman is at her most fertile, and if sperm are present, fertilization takes place. And she "shall bring forth children".
God said He would "greatly multiply her pain and her bearing of children," meaning she is to be fruitful and is not have her fallopian tubes tied (tubal ligation), her children aborted, or be restrained by mechanical or chemical means. Likewise her husband is not to have a vasectomy. Unless the woman's life is endangered, family planning should be by means of restraint according to the pattern of nature in the woman.
In Leviticus we learn how God placed the sexual fountain of natural life under the rules of chastity and holiness, for life is sacred to God. He abhors the defilement of this fountain, and the sex life of human beings is consecrated to the marriage union which is to be contracted in sanctification, not in lust.
"For God wants you to be holy and pure and to abstain from fornication so that each of you will marry in holiness and honor -- not in lustful passion like the heathen who know not God and His will. And that no man defraud his brother by taking another man's wife: because the Lord is the avenger of all these things, as we have solemnly warned you before. For God has not called us to be dirty-minded and lustful, but to be holy, chaste and clean. If anyone refuses to live by these rules, he is not disobeying man, but God, Who has given us His Holy Spirit so we may be victorious over the world and our fleshly senses, and maintain ourselves in sanctification by His power" (I Thessalonians 4:3-8).
The attitudes among many churchgoers have swung so dramatically against the Scriptural examples God has given, their perceptions are clearly not inspired by His unchanging mind within. Rather than seeing children as a gift and blessing from God many of those who use artificial birth control have come to see children as an interruption, an inconvenience, and financial impediment threatening their worldly lifestyles.
Some churchgoers reason that since God has made them responsible to provide for their family, they should have no more children than they can reasonably afford. However it is God Who opens the womb to conceive and He is Jehovah Jireh our provider. "I have been young, and now I am old; and in all my years I have never seen the Lord forsake a man who loves Him; nor seen the children of the righteous begging bread. The righteous are able to be generous with their gifts and loans to others, and their children are blessed" (Psalm 37:25-26).
God has promised to always provide the necessities for Christians. Philippians 4:19, "My God will liberally supply your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus".
Matthew 6:33, "Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all your material necessities shall be added unto you."
Family planning is not taught in the Bible as "birth control." The only legitimate reason for artificial birth control is the health of the wife. Christians are family-centered people and not materialistic, so that careers, sporty lifestyles, world travel and comfortable homes in a fashionable neighborhood are not our first priority. We are pilgrims and strangers on this earth with our hearts set on that City foursquare.
When we limit the size of our families we restrict God's blessings. Scripturally, the abundance of His blessings are measured by the fruitfulness of the marriage union. "God brought Abram outside his tent beneath the night sky, and said, 'Look up toward heaven and count the stars if you can -- your descendants will also be too numerous to count'. And Abram believed God; and God considered him righteous on account of his faith" (Genesis 15:5-6).
We should trust God as to how many children we might have. Whether abortifacients such as the pill, IUD, or other devices that prevent conception -- unless there is a sound and honest medical reason, birth control is not God's way. If you have been sterilized for the wrong reason, seek to have the process reversed -- you may be blessed with a "little surprise." If we can trust God to remit our sins, provide traveling mercies, and place us in the "rapture," can't we also trust Him to manage the size of our family?
God placed us on free moral agency that we may come to know and love to obey His will, overcoming the flesh and the world through the Word of God and prayer: thereby putting on His character. We are in training as it were, to rule and reign with Jesus in His kingdom here on earth. While conscious of the calling to train our children in the way they should grow; unawares, God may well be using our children, and perhaps the additional one, two, or. . . ? to give us vital training. Without these rigors we might never have felt impelled to seek and find our position in the Body of Christ.
God is in control. You may yearn to have a large family, but you really can't choose how many children you will have. Sarah had only one child, and she was ninety when she bore Isaac. Rebekah bore two, Leah six, and Rachel two.
God is in control. "Science has not yet been able to explain why there are 103 to 107 boys born to every 100 girls born. Thousands of birth records have been studied, of both man and animals. These studies reveal that many of the higher animals have slightly more of one sex than the other. Among horses, about 98 colts are born to every 100 females. Sheep have the same sex ratio. Chickens have about 95 males to every 100 females" (G.W. Beadle, World Book Encyclopedia, Sex, 1976 Vol. 17).
Throughout the Bible conception and child-bearing is a blessing, while barrenness is a reproach. Hannah was in deep anguish, crying profusely, because she was barren. When Elisabeth conceived, she hid herself five months, saying, "Thus has the Lord dealt kindly with me, to take away my reproach of barrenness" (I Samuel 1:10; Luke 1:24-25; Genesis 30:23; Isaiah 4:1).
It was as a curse that, "The Lord closed up all the wombs of the house of Abimelech" -- preventing them from conceiving (Genesis 20:17-18).
When we practice artificial birth control, we are truncating our heritage and playing into the hands of Satan, whose strategy from the garden of Eden has been to out-breed and extinguish Adam's race by miscegenation with Cain's Serpent's seed race. Miscegenation so grieved God that He decided to destroy all life with a great Flood and start anew with Noah whom He records was "perfect in his lineage" -- a thoroughbred in Adam's pedigree (Genesis 6:9). Jesus said that in the end-time miscegenation between the races of Adam and Cain would again reach genocidal proportions, "as it was in the days of Noah" (Luke 17:26). Now Cain's race control the wealth of nations through their cabal of international banksters, and those nations themselves through their United Nations world government. It exercises sole control over all nuclear arsenals, and threatens to annihilate any nation that seeks independence from their dominion. They plan to make an example of Iraq for any nation that might think of stepping out of line in the future. We call this hubris; they call it 'chutzpah.' Cain's race is the most numerous and represents the bulk of immigrants flooding into our once ethnically pure Adamic homelands.
Race hatred is a Zionist, not a Christian, strategy, (and the color of one's skin is nothing whatever to do with this subject). Racial hatred began when Lucifer sought to destroy Adam's bloodline, and continues today as the descendants of Cain, his vicarous offspring by the Serpent, prosecute the same objective.
Lately, there has been much discussion regarding birth rates below replacement levels in most Western nations. Adam's race is being killed-off by policy: replacing education with learning (which is mind-control), rewriting history, and collectivization of religion that has lead to apostasy. Unbelief in the revealed Word of God has caused many to believe the lie and be damned by it. Most so-called Christians have forgetten and lost their true identity and despise their birthright like Esau, forfeiting the eternal inheritance of Abraham's Seed to satisfy the lust of the eye, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life. Without the Holy Spirit they have lapsed into immorality, unethical practices, and even criminal activity, in order to satisfy these sensual, temporal, materialistic desires.
Women practice birth control and bottle-feed their babies because of ignorant conceit; or cuddle a kitten to satisfy their natural mothering instinct yet abort their illegitimate lustful pregnancy so that outwardly they may appear to be virtuous virgins. Meanwhile, childless women are adopting Serpent's seed babies from overseas; industries sponsor workers and lobby governments to increase Serpent's seed immigration to inflate home markets, whilst governments squander taxpayer's funds to prosper the overseas interests of these people with no thought to the future of their nation or race (Genesis 3:15). Now multiculturalism has reproduced massive miscegenation. Once the Holy Spirit leaves this earth in the form of Christ's Bride, nothing will prevent the destruction of all life on earth, "as it was in the days of Noah" (II Thessalonians 2:7-12; 1:12).
James 4:1-5, "What is causing wars and fightings among you? Isn't it because there is a whole army of evil desires that war within your members? You lust for what you don't have: so you kill to get it. You long to have what others possess, and cannot afford it: so you fight to take it away from them. You do not have it because you haven't asked God for it. And when you do ask you don't receive because your motive and objective are wrong: you want it only to satisfy the lusts of your ten worldly senses."
"You are like an unfaithful wife who loves her husband's enemies. You adulterers and adulteresses, don't you know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? If your objective is to enjoy the carnal pleasures of this world you cannot also be a friend of God. Don't you know what the Scripture means when it says, The Holy Spirit that dwells within us yearns to be welcome with a jealous love (Isaiah 42:8; Jeremiah 3:14; Hosea 2:19-23)? But he gives us more and more grace to stand against such evil longings. As the Scripture says, God sets Himself against the proud and haughty, but gives grace to those humble enough to receive it. Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you".
Providing our motives and objectives are Scriptural, our attitude toward marriage, children, and families will have the right perspective and birth control will not be at issue. The Bible treats unnatural birth control as an evil (Genesis 38:9; Exodus 1:15-22). Otherwise the Bible is silent on the matter because believers have always held children as a blessing, a reward from God, a rich inheritance (Deuteronomy 7:12-14; Psalm 128). And surely God's rich blessings are precious, and to be desired?
The Bible stresses generosity in the service of life. The final Word on the subject was delivered by William Branham, the last prophet to we Gentiles whose ministry restored the apostolic faith, and finished the mystery of God:-
At Thy Word, #53-1204, "A little club footed baby came. You remember the little feet out like that? I seen the vision of what would . . . take place."
"I took the little baby to one side, and asked the parents the secret of what they were doing in the line of birth control, and things that wasn't right. I talked to them privately. And asked them if they'd do a certain thing, and they said they would. I said, "Now, take the brace off your baby".

"And there is a possibility of it being done in the right way. . . There are so many days in a woman's life that she's not fertile. You understand? . . .
"Now sometimes . . . if she had a baby it'd kill her. You want to watch that too. See? So just be real careful about that. See? See, that's bringing life, so what you're put here on the earth to do.
"If your wife is sickly, and a child would kill her, I wouldn't do it. I don't think the Lord wants you to do it. . ."
