Further to the letter we sent this week informing you as to the situation of our incarcerated Iranian Brethren, I am advised our Brother, Pastor Behrouz Sadegh-Khandjani will be charged with the capital crimes of apostasy, blasphemy, and contact with the enemy. A conference is scheduled between his attorney and the prosecutor. Please continue to uphold all ten incarcerated Iranians in prayer and ask the Lord to oversee the conference.

Words of Encouragement for Our Incarcerated Iranian Brethren
December 1, 2010 — I would like to share with you my experience and testify what had happened here in my country Malawi; I strongly believe that our God is able to deliver our Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani and all the believers. He is the same God who freed us from prison. It was on 18 September 1989 when we were taken to prison by Malawi Congress Party officials.
During Dr. Kamuzu Banda's regime people were missing mysteriously and many were killed. It was politically motivated; the ones who were accusing us were politicians with influence as well church leaders in denominations. This hatred came when many people were leaving their denominations and believed Bro. Branham's Message. They reported the matter to police that we were rebels who wanted to overthrow Dr. Kamuzu Banda's government so that they can open treason case; their aim was to kill us. We were 17 in total, 5 brothers and 12 sisters including my wife and our six-months-old daughter. They took our property; they were telling people that they will not see us again.
When Dr. Banda had heard about it, he was very angry with these politicians. He ordered the police to release us and we were released on 5 January 1990. Dr. Banda knew Bro. Branham and his Message when he was in University of Indiana USA.
We saw the hand of God, brothers around the world were praying for us, but sad part of it some of our brothers and sisters when they heard that we were taken to prison started throwing away the Message books in bushes and mountains, they were griped with fear. But we had made up our choice to die for Christ; we were so anointed that we could not fear death.
Soon after our release the Officer in charge of Police who had threatened to shoot me with a gun suddenly died on sofa seat while waiting for a cup of coffee at his house and most of the politicians who took part, died on different car accidents the very same year 1990. God demands respect to His servants. He is the same God Yesterday, Today and Forever, I believe He will release our dear Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani from prison.

World at a Boil with War and Economic Crisis
November 27, 2010 — When government and the Fed abandoned the gold reserve standard on August 15, 1971, they knew where this would all end up, but they did so in their march toward a world financial order and world government. After that historic date there would be no return to sound money until the system was totally purged. We have heard the call for almost 40 years of the amalgamation of nations for the interest of all. Individual countries must sacrifice their interests for the entire global economy. This is why the Fed has deliberately accommodated monetary excesses since then.
China just injected $2.3 trillion into their economy to spur domestic demand and create jobs. The result has been funds flowing into the stock market, real estate and the general financial sector, which has created a misallocation of funds and leaping inflation . . . we have to deal with corporate fascist Keynesianism, which believe it or not is being called radicalism even in mainstream circles of economic and monetary management. They are finally realizing that the Fed has inflated markets worldwide. In addition, it has long been a government and Fed policy to manipulate securities markets worldwide and provide finance as well. The insider trading the Justice Department is pursing is an example, as well as the JPMorgan Chase/HSBC silver manipulation cases. As we said, next comes naked shorting and front running. Let's hope somehow we can bring these sociopath criminals to justice and at least for a time have an honest system . . .
In the US, aggregate household net worth is $12.2 trillion lower today than it was three years ago at its pre-depression peak, a horrible decline of 18.5%, all in order to bring about the conditions to implement world government. That is about $100,000 per household. That money is never coming back nor is what was once known as the American dream and way of life. Baby boomers see it coming and denial is grudgingly becoming acceptance. The ratio of household net worth to disposable personal income has gone from 639% to 472% and it is still plunging. The savings rate, out of fear has risen from minus 0.5% to 5.5%, but still has to double from here to help get the economy going again. At the same time the Fed and Treasury are telling Americans to take on more debt. Homeowner's equity has collapsed below $7 trillion from $13.5 trillion, making the situation worse—employment is off 7.5 million and full-time jobs are off 10 million, the worst numbers in 11 years. Real unemployment is 22.5%.
If QE2 is terminated at $600 billion watch out, because the economy will head straight into a great dark pit. All the numbers we see are signaling a strong need for more than $600 billion. . . Debt is being restructured and it won't last. Who wants to live in depression for 30 to 50 years, while bankers get richer and more powerful? By March 2011 the Fed will own more IOUs from Uncle Sam than China, Germany and Brazil combined. Our central bank is subsidizing the growing cost of our massive indebtedness. Drug given to Guantanamo Detainees akin to 'Pharmacologic Waterboarding'
December 1, 2010 — The Defense Department forced all "war on terror" detainees at the Guantanamo Bay prison to take a high dosage of a controversial antimalarial drug . . . The US military administered the drug despite Pentagon knowledge that mefloquine caused severe neuropsychiatric side effects, including suicidal thoughts, hallucinations and anxiety. The drug was used on the prisoners whether they had malaria or not . . . there were no preexisting cases where mefloquine was ever prescribed for mass presumptive treatment of malaria.
All detainees arriving at Guantanamo in January 2002 were first given a treatment dosage of 1,250 mg of mefloquine, before laboratory tests were conducted to determine if they actually had the disease . . . That dosage is five times higher than the prophylactic dose given to individuals to prevent the disease . . . It belongs to a class of drugs known as quinolines, which were part of a 1956 human experiment study to investigate "toxic cerebral states," as part of the CIA's MKULTRA mind-control program . . . malaria is nonexistent in Cuba . . . "Giving detainees toxic doses of mefloquine has mind-altering consequences that may be permanent. Without access to medical records, which the government refuses to release, the use of mefloquine in this manner appears to be grotesque malpractice at best, if not human experimentation or 'enhanced interrogation'. . . Comment: These innocent pawns were shanghaied at random and will be silenced before the black operation is exposed. The only "terrorists" are the 'City of London' and their blooded colonial troops. Islam was drawn into the 1871 plan for World War III which was loosed by the Tavistock Institute and other agencies of the 'City of London' against the abstract noun "terror." Since abstract nouns are resourceful and as elusive like Osama bin Laden who has been dead for almost a decade the war will be perpetual. But under the Fourth Seal the rider of the horses was exposed as Satan; he personifies Death, and hell follows with him (Revelation 6:8; 20:13-14), so the end is nigh.
WikiLeaks, a Touch of Assange and the Stench of AIPAC
November 27, 2010 — WikiLeaks is an intelligence operation to weaken and undermine the American government, orchestrated from Tel Aviv, using dozens of operatives, dual citizens, some at the highest authority levels, spies for Israel. Through leaking carefully selected intelligence along with proven falsified documents, all fed to a controlled press, fully complicit, WikiLeaks is, in fact, an act of war against the United States. . .
If dual citizens who make up much of the Pentagon's leadership are working with Israel or AIPAC to formulate WikiLeaks, as seems to be the case, then the upcoming leak will serve a pro-Israeli agenda . . . Full story: veteranstoday.com

The 'City of London' having accomplished its objective appears about to silence its "useful idiot." WikiLeaks website is down, and Mr. Assange said to be close to arrest. By way of deception Zionists are training bloggers to generate for disinformation "as it was in the days of Noah", and "as it was in the days of Lot," 22-year old Pfc. Bradley Manning awaiting court martial as primary suspect in leaking the documents is a homosexual getting his own back on the US military and the world. As Brother Branham forewarned, we are confronted by the madness of a lost society.
Pope's Comment on Condom may be Sign
Vatican City, November 28, 2010 — Pope Benedict XVI has opened the door on the previously taboo subject of condoms as a way to fight HIV, saying male prostitutes who use condoms may be beginning to act responsibly. It's a stunning comment for a pontiff who has blamed condoms for making the AIDS crisis worse. The pope made the comments in an interview with a German journalist published as a book entitled "Light of the World: The Pope, the Church and the Signs of the Times". . .
In the 1960s, the Vatican itself condoned giving contraceptive pills to nuns at risk of rape by fighters in the Congo to prevent pregnancy, arguing that the contraception was a lesser evil than pregnancy. . . Full story: thecitizen.co.tz
Comment: Jesus called homosexuals "whoremongers" (Gk. 'pornos'), an abomination to God. As if it were needed, this is another sign that the Judaeo-Roman Catholic church is NOT Christian but fulfilling Luke 17:28-30 (Genesis 18).
Word for an Age
Jesus Christ is the culmination of the world's history, His appearance on earth terminated the old world and accomplished the first phase of God's threefold purpose, which was to reveal the fullness of His character and nature in One Man under preeminence. This He could only accomplish by becoming a Son of man Himself. The second is being realized by a clear revelation of the first in this Messianic Age wherein God is receiving the preeminence in Christ's Body of believers, that He might live and express Himself in them also. After this is accomplished in His Bride and their 144,000 Israelite servants He will commence the realization of His third purpose which is to restore the Kingdom to its foreordained estate in a renewed heavens and earth as Brother Branham explained in "Christ is the Mystery of God Revealed".
Jesus Christ is the first God-man. The Bible is the story of God unfolding Himself or changing His form from the Holy Spirit alone with His eternal thoughts to their MANIFESTATION in the flesh of His glorified Family, Jesus Christ and His Bride, in whom the "saved" will worship God throughout eternity. The Book of Revelation, which is the revelation of Jesus Christ, expounds the supreme Deity of Jesus Christ: "I am He that was, and which is, and shall come, the Almighty." He is the Judge, the Priest, the King, the Eagle, the Lamb, the Lion, the Alpha, the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the Father, Son, Holy Ghost, the ALL IN ALL. There He is the Author and Finisher. Worthy is that Lamb! He proved His worth as He bought our salvation by Himself. Today He stands in all His power and all His glory with all things committed to Him as King of kings and Judge. His Person stands alone, and the fullness of His Work admits of no repetition.
Jesus is the Life-giver whom Peter thrice denied on fateful Friday's early dawn and was nowhere to be seen at Calvary, but receiving God's Own Life just fifty days hence he fearlessly "lifted up his voice" and eloquently addressed the assembled thousands with bold conviction and authority, supporting himself by the Words of Israel's prophets.
Acts 2:16-21, "This is what God spoke through the prophet Joel; It will come to pass in the last days [or Messianic Age, the succession of times (Ephesians 1:10; Revelation 2-3) of redemption and completion under the New Testament, plus the time of Jacob's trouble for Israel (Daniel 9:27; Revelation 6:12 – 7:8; 11:1 – 15:4)], that I will pour out My Spirit upon all flesh. Your sons and your daughters will prophesy, your youths will see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams, and on male and female slaves [who are devoted to My service] I will pour out My Spirit and they will prophesy. And I will show wonders in heaven above and signs in the Earth beneath; blood, and fire, and clouds of smoke. The Sun will be turned into darkness, and the Moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord arrives. And it shall be that whosoever calls on the Name of the Lord will be saved [in martyrdom for refusing to take the mark of the beast, thereby preserving his name on the Book of Life]." Then in verses 36, and 38 Peter reveals the one and only compound, redemptive Name of the Lord, and it is NOT "Jehovah"!
The Day of Pentecost was the commencement of but a partial fulfillment of the prophecy of Joel 2:28-32. It foretold two thousand years of natural warfare upon natural Israel under the seven Trumpet Judgments (and of course the self-styled Jews who impersonate them): "on Earth, bloodshed and vast conflagrations." And at the close of the Gentile dispensation, earthquakes sinking Los Angeles and cleaving the mount of Olives, and above, eclipses of the Sun and Moon, which volcanic activity will turn to blood, heralding the "great and dreadful day of the Lord" (Joel 2:31; Malachi 4:5).
Joel's prophecy is addressed to Israel and applies principally to Daniel's Seventieth Week and the tribulation under the Sixth Seal and Seventh Trumpet (in which time the foolish virgin will be chastened and purged under the Seventh Vial). Peter deviates slightly from the Hebrew in order to identify the commencement of the Messianic Age or "last days" with "the pouring out of God's Spirit upon ALL flesh"—not solely upon an election of the natural seed of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and Gentile proselytes to Yahweh Torah—"For there is no distinction [with respect to eternal Life] between Judahite or Gentile, bond or free, male or female: for all are one in Christ Jesus. And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed [by the baptism with the Holy Ghost], and heirs according to the Promise" (Galatians 3:28-29). This inaugurated the Gentile dispensation wherein the Spirit of the Lord is not sprinkled in drops upon drips as the Judaeo-Roman priest sprinkles, but a full baptism of the Holy Spirit and Fire that kills that old worldly nature and quickens the soul to eternal Life (Matthew 3:11-12). But as this holy Fire baptizes ALL flesh, sinner and saint, It converts or It will consume, for "he who rejects this baptism [has committed the unforgivable sin and] is condemned already" (John 3:18). The antitype of the Pentecostal Fire in this day of grace will begin to fall on "great and dreadful day of the Lord" after the close of the Gentile dispensation (Isaiah 10:17; Joel 2:31; Matthew 3-11-12; 13:40-42; Acts 2:20; Hebrews 6:8; Revelation 16:14).
"The last days" like the "shout, voice and trump" of the rapture, is not a single point in time but rather a prolonged period encompassing a succession of dispensations and is consequently a PROCESS of development as prophecy unfolds God's threefold purpose. This is confirmed by Isaiah 2:2, Micah 4:1, and in Hebrews 1:1-3, "Long ago God spoke in many different ways to our fathers in the prophets, but in these last days He has spoken to us in His Son, whom He has appointed Heir of ALL things and through whom He created the world. As the reflection of God's glory and the true expression of His Being He sustains the universe by His almighty Word. . ." By the grace of God the ministry of William Branham revealed the Seven Thunders of Revelation 10 enabling us to place God's Word in the context of history to see those prophecies which have been fulfilled and to recognize our day and its Message: the present Truth—what Jesus is doing now.
In Acts 2:16-18 Peter applies Joel 2:28-29 to identify the commencement of the "last days" with the outpouring of the Spirit on the Day of Pentecost; he applies Acts 2:19 and Joel 2:30 to the Trumpet Judgments that sound upon Israel from the start to the finish of the Gentile dispensation, and Acts 2:20-21 and Joel 2:31-32 to the final judgments and purging of 144,000 elect Israelites, the foolish virgin and other classes of the 'saved' non-elect and this earth prior to the Millennium. Peter revealed that all power in heaven and on earth will be wielded by Jesus Christ until the second death following the White Throne Judgment when God makes His enemies His footstool and declares the supreme Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ. This anguished realization caused the Israelites to cry out, "Men and Brethren, what must we do to be saved? [We have murdered our Messiah]" (Hebrews 1:32-36; Psalm 110:1; I Corinthians 15:24-28; Revelation 20:11-15)!
Now you will understand what Joel meant when he said the former and latter rain shall come together in the last days (Joel 2:23). Moving now to this end-time, Brother Branham said, "[This is] the day that God has poured out His Spirit from on high, great signs and wonders are to accompany the ministry of this day. This is when the former and latter rain are falling together. And we know that there's supposed to be great signs and wonders, which in many great denominations this is turned down" (Things That are to Be, p. 4:14). His ministry restored the former or "teaching" rain once delivered to the apostolic saints (Jude 3) through mysteries of the Seven Thunders of Revelation 10 which are the revelations contained in the Seven Seals. The latter or "harvest" rain will sweep the world at the end of the Gentile dispensation and denominational tares bound by the Holy Spirit in ecumenism, inter-faith and charismatic groups will unite against Communism and Christians will be forbidden to minister or publicly express the true faith, like our Brethren incarcerated in Iran, and anyone in France, Germany and other European countries who dares expose the Jews and their BIG LIE of the holocaust, will be hunted and persecuted. When that 'squeeze' sets in you will see the Lord manifest Himself in the 'third pull'.
The federation of churches will claim, "Whoever believes that Jesus Christ is the second (or third) person in the godhead is a Christian." But the Bible says, "No man can say that Jesus is the Lord but by revelation of the Holy Ghost" (I Corinthians 12:3). One is not born-again by memorizing Scriptures or by emotion. He must possess a clear revelation of the present Truth personally proven from Genesis to Revelation.
If you are a child of God in the Word of God, you cannot deny one Word because you are a written epistle manifesting that you are the Word for your day, known and read of all men. This is why Jesus said: "the elect of God cannot be deceived on the revealed Word of God" (Matthew 24:24). According to Genesis 1:11 there can be no such thing as the evolution of species because "everything must bring forth of its own kind, whose seed is in itself" (Genesis 1:11). So how can faith, which is a clear understanding of the Holy Spirit in Word form cause you to believe anything contrary to God's Word? God is not building a church organization. Organized religion like Judaeo-Catholicism and Anglicanism is not ordained of God and is nothing but the world with His Name on it. Like a mule, the Bible-denying Apostles' Creed (so-called), written centuries after the death of the original apostles, it is a hybrid or perversion of God's Word so instead of being His Spirit and eternal Life" (John 6:63), it is death. God is not counting bottoms on seats and huge church meetings, but hearts in the Gospel. He is building a Kingdom that is NOT of this world, rather than an earth-bound church organization.
At the close of the Hebrew dispensation the ten tribes of Israel were dispersed in exile among the Gentiles, while the remnant of Judahites and Benjaminites had assimilated the Edomites, who are physical Serpent's seed, and Yahweh Torah had been perverted into many denominations whose beliefs "made the Word of God of no effect to them" (Matthew 15:9). So when Messiah appeared his Message contradicted this Talmudic perversion of the Law and Prophets and they killed Him. God washed Israel off His hands and turned to us Gentiles for the next two thousand years. Now Christendom has ended in apostasy as foretold in Romans 11:32, "God has concluded them both in unbelief, that He might have mercy on all." Thus He has been calling "His people," not every church member OUT from Rome and her (once) Protestant harlot daughters into the unity of the faith for the manifestation of the Sons of God and the translation by Brother Branham's Message, which is the "midnight cry" of Matthew 25:6 and the "Shout" of I Thessalonians 4:16 confirmed by the heavenly Voice of Revelation 18:4.
God is building His Kingdom, the Body of Christ, by the Word, Word upon Word, and as a sperm fertilizes an ovum in the womb of a woman and that little egg begins to develop by multiplying cells, it does not add a human cell then the cell of a chicken, then the cells of a fish or cow; it brings forth human cells after its parents, there is no hybridizing or evolution of species. So the Christian will not believe Jesus is the Christ and mix that with a Catholic trinity, baptism in three Titles and the worship of dead saints such as Mary and Peter, His new birth and growth will by the Word, Word added to Word.
When Israel was journeying to the Promised Land God fed them fresh manna every day and there was no sickness unless they ate manna from a previous day. He sent Spiritual Food in due season to the angel of each of the Church Ages which rebuked and corrected the denominational traditions that had grown like leaven, corrupting the Message to the previous Age, then delivered the Message for the new Age. No leaven is to be found among us, just the pure unadulterated Word, which was made flesh in Jesus Christ and is transforming us into Word.
How is the Body going to grow up unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ if we do not advance beyond Martin Luther's doctrine of Justification by grace through faith (Romans 4:5-6)? The Lutherans, Anglicans and Presbyterians ran well in their day, but when God added the further revelation of His Word, that "without holiness no man shall see God" (Hebrews 12:14), church organization hindered them from pressing into Wesley's Message of Sanctification. For the Body was rising again —"precept upon precept; line upon line" (Isaiah 28:10) in the Reformation of the Judaeo-Roman Catholic church which martyred sixty-eight million Christians and led the world into almost a thousand years of Dark Ages. But the Philadelphian Church Age eventually denominated like the Sardis Church Age before it; now the Baptist, Methodist, Nazarene and Pilgrim Holiness tombstones memorialize the dead as the Spirit moved on in the restoration of the Gifts to those predestinated to sainthood in the Laodicean Age with the revelation "Jesus Christ is the same, yesterday and today and forever." He speaks in unknown tongues, heals the sick, prophesies, reveals the Word of wisdom, Word of knowledge, and so forth. The elect left their dead denominations to walk in the Light of the present Truth, or they were put out. The Pentecostals represented the last Move of the Spirit in the Church Age but when Laodicea rejected the revelation of the Seven Seals which brought Christ back to earth in W_O_R_D form it put the Son of God without the camp like Israel two millennia beforehand. Laodicea and all of the churches ended in apostasy; today they are crucifying unto themselves the Son of God afresh (II Timothy 4:3-3; Revelation 3:17-20).
The apostasy of the denominational church is represented on the diagram as the breach of fellowship or gap between the end of Laodicea and the second or 'parousia' Coming of Christ, the Caagsone, that was also rejected and unplaced on the typical Great Pyramid of Giza built by Enoch, who was called out from the seventh generation of the first Adam before the world was destroyed by the great Flood. Christ is the "Chief Corner Stone" that was rejected by the builders (Isaiah 8:13-15; Romans 9:32-33; I Peter 2:1-8). The "shout" of Brother Branham's Message is calling Christ's end-time Bride out from Laodicea, the seventh generation from the last Adam, to make up the Caagsone that will complete the pyramid of Christ's Kingdom and Body for the first resurrection and translation before fire from heaven destroys this present world.
Now the Caagsone is on the Pyramid. The Revelation of the Seven Seals brought Christ back to earth in W_O_R_D form to incarnate His end-time Bride. Hebrews 11:39-40, "All of the PART-Word saints, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise of resurrection: God having provided some better thing for us, [translation without death] that without us they can not be glorified." As in the story of Lazarus the elect beggar and the rich young ruler who tried to buy Eternal Life by carnal good works without the sacrifice of faith in obedience, the denominational churches of this day build orphanages, kindergartens, schools, homes for the aged, hospitals and holiday camps—"presuming" to do God a service which is not His will (Deuteronomy 18:20). These may be vocations for Christians, but God commanded His Church to preach the Gospel and baptize in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ: we are not to add to His Word. Laodicea means "people's rights" or Communism, a spirit that has conquered the world for Satan whose worldly church system is promoting Karl Marx's "social justice." There will be no justice before the consummation of life on earth and Christ's millennial reign as Son of David. Prior to that time the world will become vastly more wicked until Satan is cast down to rule his New World Order incarnate in the Pope (Genesis 6:1-13; Daniel 12:10; Matthew 24:37; II Thessalonians 2:3; Revelation 12:7-13; 17:8, 11). Christians don't want God's Justice; Israel received God's Justice under the Law which has condemned them ever since; we want His Mercy. Thus there is a chasm between the denominations and God that can only be crossed by the baptism with the Holy Spirit. God's prophet Brother Branham stood in the breach and revealed the Seven Seals, by which faith His end-time Bride is called out of Laodicea and the world and into Christ. Because the rich young ruler made the wrong choice when confronted with the fullness of the Word he became a lost soul in chains of Darkness while he lived, and many souls are imprisoned now by the leaven of man-made creed and traditions, by the Word for an earlier day, and by a knowledge of the "letter" of this Message without a revelation by the "Spirit" to understand what it MEANS (Matthew 19:16-24; Luke 16:19-31).
There is a Word for each Age. God's Word is the Holy Spirit in a form we can receive by faith, and faith is a clear understanding of the revealed Word, the Logos of the rhema. Romans 10:17, "Faith comes by hearing the Word of Christ" who is called God in John 1:1; 14:9; 20:28, Romans 9:5, Titus 2:13, Hebrews 1:8, and I John 5:20, etc.
You must realize it does not matter what Jesus, Brother Branham, the apostles and prophets, myself or even your good pastor say if you do not understand what is MEANT, and having proven that from Genesis to Revelation in your own Bible, see that revelation is living through you in Token of the Life of Christ on display. From the Garden of Eden there has been a unique measure of Spirit allotted to each dispensation, and the baptism with the Holy Ghost, which is the new birth, is only available to those whose lives become written epistles of the Word allotted to their day. You cannot serve God if your life is acting out the Word for the days of Moses, John the Baptist, Methodists or Pentecostals. What brought Light and Life in those days is Darkness in this day. We must walk in the Light as He is in the Light, not impersonate the Light for a day gone by, for the saints predestinated to be born of that Light are made up and their bodies are in the grave pending the first resurrection.
Just one Word misconstrued by Eve caused six thousand years of the sickness, suffering, war, death and sorrow. Jesus said, "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word that proceeds out of the mouth of God" (Matthew 4:4). And, "I Jesus have sent My angel [William Branham] to testify these things to you. . . If any man diminish aught from the Book of this prophecy, God will take his part out of the Book of Life" (Revelation 22:16, 19).
In the garden of Gethsemane Jesus overcame the desires of his corruptible flesh and mortal spirit, giving preeminence to the Will of the Father so that His one supplication was "That where I am may they be also [through the unity of the faith"] (John 17:21-24; 14:1-4). Jesus was at one with the mind of the Spirit who was once alone with His thoughts, and He was lonely, so in His great thinking He created His glorified Family, elect by His foreknowledge of how each of us would decide when confronted by the will of the Father. And Jesus one prayer was for our eternal fellowship with us through our agreement in the Word. How dearly we should desire He who said these comforting Words after the Lord's Supper, "Let not your heart be troubled [concerning my imminent departure]: you have full trust in God, consequently trust also in Me [for I am one with the Father and returning to Him, so faith in God and faith in Christ are inseparable, and the glorification of the Son is the glorification of the Father" (I John 2:23; John 13:31-32)]. In claiming the same trust and reliance on Himself as on the Father, Christ makes Himself equal with God as in John 5:17-30 and Philippians 2:6. Hence there is no addition of faith in Christ to faith in God, nor a transfer of trust, but simply the concentration of our trust in the unseen God—who out of Christ is a mere abstraction—upon the visible incarnate Son, in whom this trust becomes real, concrete, and effective.
Having taken leave of the Father's dwelling place on earth, hereafter "the Jews' house" (Matthew 23:38; Psalm 63:9), the disciples like their Lord were now strangers on earth with no abiding place, but Jesus assured them: "In My Father's House are many dwelling places [an allusion to the Temple with its numerous chambers (I Kings 6:5-6, 10)]: if it were not so, I would have told you [Martin Luther commented, "So if the Devil and his tyrants hunt you out of this place, you shall still have room enough"]. I go to prepare a place for you. [Christ went to Calvary to prepare a place for His disciples by His atoning death, resurrection and ascension]. And although I go away and prepare a place for you, I will come again [raised for your justification (Romans 4:25)], and receive you to Myself [by the baptism with the Holy Spirit]; that where I am, there you may be also [seated in heavenly places—the Word for your Age (Ephesians 2:6; I Peter 1:12; I John 1:7)]. And you know whither I go, and you know the way [that of self denial that God may have the preeminence (John 14:6)]". nl663.htm
